As a blockchain protocol, public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and on-chain interactions are public by design and irrevocably stored on the ledger.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our triple consensus engine, to communicate with institutional partners, and to monitor the performance and security of our nodes and network infrastructure.
3. On-Chain Data
Due to the immutable nature of the Xeris blockchain, data recorded on the ledger cannot be modified or deleted. By transacting on the Xeris network, you acknowledge that your public interactions will remain visible in perpetuity.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures designed to protect your off-chain data. However, transmitting data over the internet is never completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
5. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., infrastructure hosts, analytics providers). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of these third parties.
6. Camera and Device Permissions
The Xeris Wallet App requires camera permissions to facilitate QR code scanning for wallet address entry and transaction signing. Visual data from your camera is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or stored on-chain.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and security. We may also use analytical tools to monitor network performance and improve our protocol's user interface. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
