Terms of Service

Welcome to Xeris. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Xeris protocol, nodes, APIs, and related software (collectively, the "Services") provided by Xeris Technologies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. Our Services are currently in Alpha/Testnet phases and are intended for institutional, research, and developmental use.

2. The Xeris Protocol

Xeris provides a hardware-secured triple consensus blockchain (PoW, PoS, PoH) optimized for high-frequency institutional RWA (Real World Asset) settlements. The protocol is patent-pending (US #63/887,511).

3. Use of Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are entirely responsible for the security of your nodes, private keys, and institutional data interacted with on the Xeris network.

4. Intellectual Property

The Xeris architecture, "Scanner" protocol, visual data verification engine, and associated software are proprietary intellectual property of Xeris Technologies. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the proprietary hardware or consensus engine without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". XERIS TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL XERIS TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Alpha / Testnet Considerations

The current network environment may experience rollbacks, instability, or loss of state. $XERIS tokens on the Testnet hold no real-world value and are for testing purposes only.
